How we ship
Scope week
Two calls. We map the workflow the bot is replacing, the data sources, the success metrics, and the boundaries. Output: a one-page spec you sign off on before any code is written.
Build sprint
Two to four weeks depending on tooling complexity. We work in your repo, against your data, in a private branch. Daily Loom or async update.
Eval & harden
We write the eval suite alongside the agent. You get a baseline score and a regression alarm. No more praying when you change a prompt.
Deploy & train
Hand-off includes a 90-minute training session for your team and a 30-day support window for fixes & tweaks.
Pricing
Bot Factory builds are quoted per project. Most engagements land between $8,000 and $25,000 depending on the number of integrations, eval depth, and deployment surface. We don't take projects we can't ship in under six weeks.
What we won't build
- Anything that breaks a Terms of Service we'd be embarrassed to defend
- Generic chatbots — there are 400 vendors that already do that worse than we would
- Anything where the eval would be impossible to write (translation: where you couldn't tell us what "good" looks like)
