How we onboard

1. Discovery week. We map your accounts, providers, contracts, recurring obligations, and the five things that wake you up at 3am.

2. Connection. Read-only access to email + calendar. Optional read-write to bookings, banking, and DNS depending on tier.

3. Daily flow. Morning brief, afternoon action, evening close. You always know what was touched and why.

Limits

We cap at ten retainer clients. Past that, the agent stops being personal. When the cap is hit, the wait list opens.
