How it works
1. Intake call. 20 minutes. We surface every angle the bank doesn't want you to see.
2. The bot drafts. Templates pulled from our existing case library, customised to your facts, with statutory citations and certified-mail tracking baked in.
3. We file. Letters go out via Lob the same day. You get the tracking link.
4. Follow-through. 30-day response clock, escalation letters, regulator complaints if the bank stalls.
Why it works
Banks settle disputes that look professional and statutorily grounded. Most consumers send angry emails the bank ignores. We send the letter the bank's compliance team flags and routes upstairs.
